We’ll chat about your goals, your sports background, and what you’re hoping to get from a coach. I’ll explain how I approach training and answer any questions you might have. Then, hopefully, we’ll be ready to get started!
Onboarding
How do you set up your training plan?
We’ll set you up on TrainingPeaks and create a detailed training plan tailored to your goals. Our approach is designed to fit seamlessly with your personal and professional life, ensuring that your training doesn’t add extra stress to your daily routine or to your family. We’ll keep fine-tuning the plan until we find the perfect balance for you.
Training and Racing
How do we track your training progression?
We plan your training 2-3 weeks at a time in TrainingPeaks, factoring in any work or family trips you have. After each session, you can update me on how it went through TrainingPeaks, text, or other methods, and I'll adjust your plan if needed. We conduct metabolic tests for the bike and run to pinpoint your training zones accurately. Plus, we use your race results, experience, and feedback to continuously refine and enhance your training plan.
